SubFlow is one half of the SubCircle platform — the professional-grade AI subtitle-translation product for media studios, localization vendors, and content creators. The other half is Lumen (project-management + timed-transcript editor). Both live on the same domain but are independent products with independent routing, budgets, and dashboards.

SubFlow translates SRT subtitle files into 75+ world languages with a focus on Indic languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, etc.), preserving timecodes, speaker cues, CPL limits, and cultural intent. V2 (July 2026) shipped a full re-architecture: a shared AI Router, native Cloudflare Workers AI support (26 models, 20-350× cheaper than Claude), per-app config isolation, and real-cost reconciliation with Anthropic's Admin API.
