Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SubCircle (the "Service"), operated by Graphikpro ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is unlawful.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service's security.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond reasonable limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the subtitle files you upload and the translations produced for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the translation output you request.

4. AI-Generated Output

Translations are produced by third-party AI models. While SubCircle implements quality-control and validation layers, output may contain errors, hallucinations, or culturally inappropriate phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before distribution. The Service is provided "AS IS" with no warranty of accuracy.

5. Fees & Billing

Where paid plans are offered, fees are billed per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. AI usage costs (tokens) are passed through transparently in the Expenses page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and third-party AI provider outages may cause temporary disruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubCircle and Graphikpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graphikpro, its affiliates, and personnel against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graphikpro is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
